We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over £50 (exc. VAT)

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the EU due to possible customs charges in destination EU countries

​United States & Canada

We are not shipping the US or Canada at this time.​ Please keep checking back as this may change in the future.

​RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY & VAT

Our Return & Exchange policy is strictly 14 days from receipt of goods.

If any of your items arrive damaged in transit, please email with a picture and a replacement or refund will be sent, no problem!

If you discover you've ordered 2 of something (yes, easy to get carried away ordering nail mail!) then returns are accepted as long as the item is in the original packaging, and the item is returned using a trackable method of shipping. Please include your original order number. If you require a refund it will be refunded to the original source for the goods value only. If you wish to exchange for another product please contact us :)

If your order is returned to sender (because of incorrect address supplied or not being picked up by the customer) via your destination postal office, the GOODS ONLY value will be refunded as postage has already been paid by Nail Stamping Queen UK.

​Nail Stamping Queen UK is VAT Registered and VAT is charged at 20% on purchases & shipping within the United Kingdom.
