Jaguar! - colour shift Cat Eye pigment
 
Simply add your desired amount of pigment to a low viscosity, clear gel (for example Top Coat or Base Coat) and mix well. Brush over the top of your chosen colour base and either leave, or apply your magnet until you are happy. 
 
Seal your design with Top Coat.
