Premium, galaxy holographic flakes can be dabbed or rubbed into the sticky layer of gel polish or any gel - the true colours are shown when applied over a black base.
They can also be rubbed smooth into a good no wipe top coat for chroming (I like to use Akzentz Shine On as it's my favourite for chrome nails)
