Remove the plastic protecting the design
Cut to desired shape
Submerse in luke warm water for 20-30 secs
Slide off backing Apply to a dry nail
(Can be applied over dry nail polish or a finished gel polish/acrylic/hard gel nail)
SEAL WITH 2 X TOPCOATS
